Questions about play or a purchase? Here are the first things to try.
Getting started
The world map has ten games. The first three are included: Equal groups, Equal jumps and Array garden. Tavi’s voice and the visual demonstrations guide play. Use the replay and help symbols when a child wants another listen or a demonstration.
Restoring the full game
Use the same Apple App Store or Google Play account that made the purchase. Open the grown-ups area on the map, complete the check and choose Restore purchases. An internet connection is needed to check with the store.
One purchase opens the remaining seven games on that store account. There is no subscription. Your learning history is stored separately from purchase access.
A purchase is still waiting
Choose Check purchase in the grown-ups area. A payment awaiting approval cannot unlock the full game yet. If the store has declined or cancelled the request, use the option that confirms the request has ended. Checking a purchase does not start another payment.
Playing offline
The game and recorded voice guidance are included in the download. After a full-game purchase has been verified and saved, the unlocked games can also be played offline. A new purchase or restore needs internet access.
Tell us what happened
Please contact us as a grown-up. Include your device model, iOS or Android version, the game you were playing and what you tried. For a purchase question, tell us which app store you used. A child’s name, photo or recording is not needed.
